DAVID CURTO (pictures) – SAMUEL SALCEDO (installations) – Waste
December 15 – January 30, 2013
Presented is a series of seven photogravures ‘Une semaine mauvaise’ by David Curto, whose title refers us to the graphic novel by Max Ernst ‘Une semaine de Bonté’, although in this case it’s about a fateful week in which disaster reigns.
Samuel Salcedo transmits the idea of being out of place through extravagant sculptures that are overwhelmed by reality. Covered in polychrome, these works are made of aluminium, lead, wood or resin.
